About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned QA Automation Engineer with a deep understanding of the Capital Markets domain to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of high-stakes financial applications, leveraging your expertise in Java, Selenium, and Appium to drive our automation strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks for Web (Selenium) and Mobile (Appium) platforms.
• Execute comprehensive API Testing to ensure seamless data flow and integration across financial services.
• Apply strong Manual Testing principles to identify edge cases that automation might miss.
• Integrate testing suites into the CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins and GitHub to support a DevOps-centric culture.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers in an Agile environment using JIRA for defect tracking and sprint management.
• Utilize your Capital Markets knowledge (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, or Trading lifecycle) to validate complex business logic.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: ~5 years of professional experience in software testing (Manual + Automation).
• Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in Java is a must.
• Automation: Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Appium.
• API Testing: Proven expertise in testing RESTful/SOAP APIs (Postman, RestAssured, etc.).
• DevOps Tools: Practical experience with GitHub, Jenkins, and general DevOps workflows.
• Domain: Solid understanding of Capital Markets (Trade lifecycle, market data, or regulatory reporting).
• Process: Mastery of JIRA and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
