Head - Commodities

Job Summary

Head – Commodities will be responsible for leading the Commodity business by driving revenue growth, developing market strategies and enhancing client engagement across business segments. The role will oversee trading, product development, business expansion, regulatory compliance, and team leadership while ensuring best-in-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities - 

Develop and execute the business strategy for Commodity products to achieve revenue and market share objectives.

Drive client acquisition, activation, and retention across all sales business segments.

Work closely with Sales team and Product team to enhance business opportunities.

Monitor domestic and global commodity markets, macroeconomic trends, geopolitical developments, and regulatory changes.

Represent the organization through media interactions, webinars, seminars, investor awareness programs, and client events.

Ensure adherence to SEBI, RBI, Exchange (MCX/NSE/BSE) regulations, internal risk management policies, and compliance standards.

Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing Commodity team while driving performance, capability development, and succession planning.

Skills & Experience - 

MBA /Any Graduate

18–20+ years of experience in Commodity Markets and/or Capital Markets

Minimum 8–10 years in a senior leadership role managing Commodity business.

Strong understanding of Commodity derivatives, Futures & Options.
