Job Title: Vice President – Structured Finance 

Experience: 12–14 years in structured finance, debt capital markets, or investment banking, with a proven origination track record

Location: Mumbai

Role Summary

Lead origination and structuring of structured finance transactions for promoters, corporates, and financial sponsors — including structured credit, promoter financing, acquisition finance, mezzanine/NCDs, and asset-backed structures. This is a client-facing, revenue-generating role requiring strong relationships across promoter families, CFOs, and corporate treasury teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Originate structured finance mandates by building and deepening relationships with promoters, family offices, corporates, and CFOs 2. Identify financing needs (growth capital, acquisition funding, promoter stake financing, refinancing, monetization of holdings) and convert into executable deals 3. Structure bespoke solutions — NCDs, structured credit, hybrid instruments, pledge-based/promoter funding, securitization 4. Build and maintain a strong pipeline; own revenue/origination targets 5. Track market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments (RBI, SEBI) affecting structured credit

Requirements

- 12–14 years in structured finance/DCM/IB, with at least 5+ years focused on origination

- Demonstrated book of promoter/corporate relationships

- Strong grasp of structuring mechanics, security structures, covenants, and regulatory/rating considerations

- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills; comfortable engaging directly with Treasury teams, CFOs

- CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent
