Experience

3-5 years & accounting experience in S4 HANA.

Good knowledge of Ms-office (excel, word)

Job Responsibilities

• Review and accounting of employee related expenses such as conveyance, mobile, medical expenses.
• Review and accounting of corporate credit card related dues and settlements.
• Able to work out and review provisions for monthly / quarterly / annual closing.

• Able to prepare ageing of outstanding provisions and close with respective teams.
• Able to do variance analysis of various ledgers / expenses.
• GL level scrutiny and analysis for variances.
• Settlement of advances paid to employees.
• Handling audit queries with internal as well as statutory auditor.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, MSME.
• Preparing MIS as per the closing requirements such as outstanding, ageing, expenses incurred in foreign exchange.
• Dealing with senior level employees for the requirements raised by them.
• Disbursement of foreign currencies.
• Review and accounting of foreign travel settlements.
