Senior Associate

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the team in preparing Pitch Books, conducting industry research/analysis, financial analysis, valuation, etc for transactions

2. Supports the team in analysing and preparing Information Memorandum, valuations & financial models required for the deal.

3. Assist in documentation, conducting due diligence, presentations etc.

4. Assist in gathering data from clients and respond to queries in a timely manner.

5. Create and maintain relevant database on a regular basis on Companies in respective sectors.

Requirements:

1. 3-6 years of experience in Investment Banking.

2. MBA from Premier Institute or CA.

3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

4. Proficiency in financial modelling, valuations and Excel.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
