Senior Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Deal Execution: Assist senior team members in managing initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-on public offers (FPOs), and block deals.
• Investor Relations: Connect with institutional clients to gauge interest, secure order book bids, and build strong business relationships.
• Marketing Materials: Create pitch books, information memorandums, and financial models for clients.
• Market Analysis: Track market trends, competitor deals, and investor preferences to guide pricing strategies.
• Compliance Work: Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure all deals follow regulatory standards. [1]

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or an MBA from a top school.
• Experience: Two to four years of experience in investment banking, equity capital markets (ECM), or institutional sales.
• Analytical Skills: Strong financial modeling skills and the ability to read market data.
• Communication: Excellent speaking and writing skills to present ideas clearly to large investors.
