Key Responsibilities

• Deal Execution: Assist in structuring and executing complex debt transactions, mezzanine finance, and securitization deals.
• Financial Modeling: Build and review detailed financial models, cash flow projections, and credit analysis sheets.
• Pitchbooks & Marketing: Draft compelling pitch books, information memorandums, and teasers for clients and investors.
• Due Diligence: Coordinate financial, legal, and operational due diligence with internal teams and external advisors.
• Client Coordination: Maintain relationships with corporate clients, banks, NBFCs, and alternative investment funds (AIFs).
• Market Research: Track market trends, regulatory updates, and competitor activity in the debt and structured finance space

Required Qualifications

• Education: MBA in Finance, CFA charterholder, CA, or a master’s degree in finance/economics.
• Skills: Strong financial modeling, advanced Excel, and a deep understanding of credit risk and debt markets.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing presentations
