New Infrastructure Development

1. Site Identification and finalizing for new offices in co-ordination with the property agents and business.
2. Execution of lease deed and its registration with necessary approvals.
3. Collecting & Preparing TKO BOQ for interiors with rate analysis.
4. Co-ordination with the Vendors for the execution of the works.
5. Monitoring the quality of works with in specification at the branches.
6. Coordination with TKO (Turn-key Operators) for building up the spaces with all necessary infrastructure works including provision of IT systems in the building space.
7. Verification and processing of TKO bills and R&M bills.
8. Final hand-over of the built space to the Sales team.

Existing Infrastructure Management

1. Managing existing assets of the company.
2. Regular compliance checks
3. Maintaining basic look & feel and safety of the branches.
4. Early and Effective Solutions to problems.
5. Assessing R&M (repairs & maintenance) of existing centers.
6. Supervision of R&M work under execution.
7. Processing of R&M, Rent & others bills.
8. Take care of the house keeping issues at the branches.
9. Vendor Management.
10. Maintaining the look and feel of the branches.
11. One-point contact for the sales team for any issues.
12. Coordinating with the vendors & owners for resolving their queries and problems in their payments
13. Rental negotiations
14. Reduction in operational cost of branches

Surrender of the Branches

1. Surrender of centers within notice period with no extra rentals paid.
2. Recovery of security deposit without any legal proceedings and completing documentations as per process.
3. Retrieval & storage / disposal of assets within notice period.
