Job Description:An Activation Process Specialist to join our team and focus on re-engaging inactive customers who have not traded, and understanding in house and third-party financial products.Key Responsibilities:

1. Reach out to inactive customers to understand Investment Preference and reason for Inactive.
2. Assisting Customer to Online Account Opening and Onboarding the customer.
3. Maintain a professional and empathetic approach to address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
4. Deep understanding of the In-House & third-party financial products offered by our organization

Requirements:

1. High degree of diligence and enthusiasm towards work
2. Excellent written and oral communication skills
3. Excellent MS OfficeBachelor's degree from a reputed college and/or MBA.
4. NISM Certification Module: V-A & VII
