Job Description:

An Activation Process Specialist to join our team and focus on re-engaging inactive customers who have not traded, and understanding in house and third-party financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to inactive customers to understand Investment Preference and reason for Inactive.
• Assisting Customer to Online Account Opening and Onboarding the customer.
• Maintain a professional and empathetic approach to address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
• Deep understanding of the In-House & third-party financial products offered by our organization

Requirements:

• High degree of diligence and enthusiasm towards work 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills 
• Excellent MS Office
• Bachelor's degree from a reputed college and/or MBA.
• NISM Certification Module: V-A & VII
