Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) tailored to stock markets and our target audience.
• Create engaging and informative content, including text posts, images, infographics, and videos, that educate and interact with followers about our services, market trends, and financial literacy.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Manage and schedule content calendars for consistent posting on platforms.
• Monitor and analyze social media engagement metrics, including follower growth, reach, and impressions, and report findings to management.
• Identify and engage with relevant influencers in the financial space.
• Respond promptly and professionally to comments and inquiries from followers, addressing concerns and providing excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., research, product, marketing, design) to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all social media activity.
