Job Title: HR Manager

Job Description: As an HR Manager at ICICI Securities, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management within the organization. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization's overall business objectives. You will play a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates for various roles 
• Manage candidate onboarding along with the central onboarding team
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the organization's overall strategy
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback sessions
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate employee records

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite
