  1. Employee should be aware of applicable labour Laws and recent amendments as the person will be responsible for filling returns under various Labour Laws,
  2. Inquire into employee complaints, violation of any process and initiate appropriate action against the erring employees
  3. Should be aware inquiry procedure and will be responsible for preparing inquiry report, Show cause notice, Warning letter etc
  4. Employee will be responsible for carrying out Labour Law audit, Reply to notices, apply for licences, visit branches and ensure Labour Law compliance
  5. Prepare Payroll Inputs
  6. Visit P. F office and other Govt. authorities and maintain harmonial relations
