Work towards client retention by connecting & enabling client journey across products and across platforms
Connect with Stop traded / inactive clients and understand their concern or their pain points for respective product
Guide and/or advise clients on all financial products like MF, Equity, ETFs, derivatives etc and journey thereof
Service clients by providing demo and/OR journey on Website / application

Skills:

Deep product knowledge across all financial products e.g., Equity, derivatives, Algo Trading, MFs etc.
Excellent Communication Skills
Empathatic towards client needs
Analytical & process oriented
