Job role & Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop marketing strategy, segmentation and targeting of marketing campaign
  • Responsible for executing daily activities wrt product and channel marketing
  • Develop & implement campaigns & strategy for various products to build brand equity.
  • Conceptualize & plan promotional events, launch activities, product promotions to facilitate investment knowledge.
  • Own responsibility of all the activities involved in a new product campaign launch and manage its lifecycle including critical areas like pricing, promotion, communication, etc. 
  • Analyze service quality gaps and take corrective measures to exceed customer expectations
  • Carry out Process Improvement Projects and LP developments to improve activities and customer experience.
  • Liaise with Internal stakeholders and business teams to drive nos in cross sell/upsell communication
  • Develop Business cases to support new marketing, strategies, budget requests, projects and marketing plans.
  • Set specific marketing goals that align with the overall direction and business goals
  • Work closely with Business team to create campaigns and Marketing strategy around various business objectives.
  • Track and measure marketing outcomes including marketing activities, response, leads, sales, retention and ROI.
  • Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify new market opportunities, competition mapping and consumer preferences to support campaign creations
  • Generate innovative ideas to promote brand and our products
  • Develop business cases to support new marketing strategies, budget requests, projects and marketing plans
  • Ensure brand alignment to increase brand awareness and equity
  • Agency/Vendor/Designer Coordination & Development
  • Ensure that the organization’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels

 

Qualification:

  • Should have well understanding of marketing collateral (design, production, merchandising)
