Job role & Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategy, segmentation and targeting of marketing campaign
- Responsible for executing daily activities wrt product and channel marketing
- Develop & implement campaigns & strategy for various products to build brand equity.
- Conceptualize & plan promotional events, launch activities, product promotions to facilitate investment knowledge.
- Own responsibility of all the activities involved in a new product campaign launch and manage its lifecycle including critical areas like pricing, promotion, communication, etc.
- Analyze service quality gaps and take corrective measures to exceed customer expectations
- Carry out Process Improvement Projects and LP developments to improve activities and customer experience.
- Liaise with Internal stakeholders and business teams to drive nos in cross sell/upsell communication
- Develop Business cases to support new marketing, strategies, budget requests, projects and marketing plans.
- Set specific marketing goals that align with the overall direction and business goals
- Work closely with Business team to create campaigns and Marketing strategy around various business objectives.
- Track and measure marketing outcomes including marketing activities, response, leads, sales, retention and ROI.
- Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
- Conduct in-depth research to identify new market opportunities, competition mapping and consumer preferences to support campaign creations
- Generate innovative ideas to promote brand and our products
- Develop business cases to support new marketing strategies, budget requests, projects and marketing plans
- Ensure brand alignment to increase brand awareness and equity
- Agency/Vendor/Designer Coordination & Development
- Ensure that the organization’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels

- Should have well understanding of marketing collateral (design, production, merchandising)
