Manager- Regulatory Reporting

We are seeking a highly motivated Regulatory Tech Automation Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in streamlining and automating regulatory compliance and reporting process.. The candidate will leverage their understanding of SEBI regulations and Indian exchange operations,. This role is pivotal in enabling the organization to keep pace with evolving regulatory requirements efficiently and mitigate compliance risks.

Job Description:

1. Maintain comprehensive regulatory knowledge bases aligned with internal processes.
2. Facilitating checks to be carried for regulatory reporting due to migration of our back office to TCS
3. monitoring of merchant banking agreements and client consents
4. Analysis of the Alerts generated

Additional responsibilities may be added from time to time depending on organisational requirements.

Skills of required for the Profile:

1. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Equity market and regulations
2. Experience in stock broking compliance.
3. Knowledge and experience in implementing automation solutions, process improvement, or regulatory initiatives.
