Growth Analyst

About the Role

We are searching for a talented Growth Analyst to join our dynamic social media team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to drive follower acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness across our social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and social media landscape research.
• Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with ICICI Securities' overall marketing objectives.
• Identify engaging and informative social media content templates (text, images, videos) for various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns to achieve targeted results.
• Analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions) and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the platform owners to develop high-quality social media content.
• Work closely with other marketing teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Meta, Twitter, Google etc).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the financial services industry (a plus).
• Experience in Data Science/Python (a plus)
