1.

Handling of Regulatory Complaint

 

To handle investor grievances received from various regulatory authorities such as SEBI / NSE / BSE / Depositories etc. Provide timely clarification and/or  negotiate a reasonable amicable settlement with the complainant.

2.

To represent the company in Conciliation

 

 

Attend to Conciliation hearing and put up a strong case to clarify our stand.

3.

End to end management of Arbitration cases

 

 

To file the necessary papers for Arbitration cases and put up a strong defence by gathering the required evidences.

To attend the arbitration hearings and defend the company in front of the arbitrators.

4.

MIS

 

 

To prepare and circulate the required MIS in timely manner.

Skills  Required for the Profile:

  • Excellent communication and drafting skills
  • Knowledge of SEBI / Exchange bye laws / rules and regulations
  • In depth knowledge of Equity / Derivatives / Commodities markets and products
