Handling of Regulatory Complaint
|
To handle investor grievances received from various regulatory authorities such as SEBI / NSE / BSE / Depositories etc. Provide timely clarification and/or negotiate a reasonable amicable settlement with the complainant. |

To represent the company in Conciliation
|
Attend to Conciliation hearing and put up a strong case to clarify our stand. |

3. |
End to end management of Arbitration cases
|
To file the necessary papers for Arbitration cases and put up a strong defence by gathering the required evidences. To attend the arbitration hearings and defend the company in front of the arbitrators. |

4. |
MIS
|
To prepare and circulate the required MIS in timely manner.
stakeholders (Internal teams). |

Skills Required for the Profile:
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
- Knowledge of SEBI / Exchange bye laws / rules and regulations
- In depth knowledge of Equity / Derivatives / Commodities markets and products
