Functional Head - Settlement Operations

• Seasoned Person with experience of Broking and Equity, Derivative and Commodity operations.
• Managing and monitoring the day-to day operations of Fund and Securities payin and payout in back office system
• Well-versed knowledge of equity products live, MTF, Margin, Cash and Pledge activities
• Oversee and Monitor EOD-BOD of Daily process of billing and Exchanges.
• Ensure timely closure of the settlements of the trades and reporting at the exchanges, including NRI settlement
• Lead team for settlement reconciliation /Funds reconciliation and MIS
• Tracking of withdrawals, uploading of funds to and from exchange and ensuring compliance to the regulatory norms and guidelines.
• Lead projects pertaining to Settlement Ops
• Coordinating with Business teams on the various project milestones
• Improve existing processes to enhance productivity and overall performance of the team
• Compliance related work such as reviewing legal documents (Direct pledge, Margin pledge Repledge, New member enablement, Name change).
• Handle compliance requirements and timely closure with SEBI, NSE, BSE, Clearing Corporation and regulatory bodies
• Managing all internal and external Audits and risk reviews. Ensure all the process documentation is completed and reviewed regularly.

Role Proficiencies:

• Strong working knowledge with MS Excel
• Excellent communication & Presentation skills
• Understanding of Equity markets
• Sound Knowledge of monitoring and reporting MIS.
• Knowledge/Experience of TCS -BANCS is added advantage
