1. ICICI Direct Platform Excellent Understanding – Thorough understanding of ICICI Direct Platform, Product, Features and Processes |
2. Bank RM support and service to client Coordination: Assist Bank relationship Manager in handling client queries, documentation. |
3. Timely resolution of queries in given TAT: Ensure to resolve queries in given TAT or if not able to resolve then escalate critical cases when needed. |
4. Coordination with internal departments : Team should coordinate with internal departments e.g., operation, Product and risk team to ensure smooth and timely closure of pending issues. |
5. Training and knowledge sharing : Facilitate training sessions and knowledge sharing within the team for continuous skill enhancement with exhaustive information and data-based maintenance for all queries and resolution. |
6. Process improvement and automation support- Identify inefficiencies in daily operation and suggest or support implementation of process automation tools or improved workflows. |
