Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process management: Part of the team to manage various processes related to Equity , Derivatives, Commodities, Mutual funds, Wealth products etc
2. Projects: Part of the team to raise business requirement, engage with technology teams , business teams and compliance. Testing of the software would be the key skill.
3. Audit, controls and process reviews: Part of the team to proactively review process controls as well as coordinate with external auditors.

Skill Set:

1. Good knowledge of MS-Excel is required.

2. Good communication skill required.

In all these areas you will have the opportunity to work in managing the processes, build controls and manage risk as well as design new products and processes.  You will gain hands on understanding of financial products domain. You will be groomed to be a specialist in any of the functions so that you could lead in the future.
