AVP/VP _Operations

Job Description

1. Monitoring of Daily process and preparation of the reports and MIS 
2. Tracking the various projects of Operations team and spearheading for their completion
3. Representating the department in various internal and inter-organizational forums and updating them of the progress
4. UAT testing and Handling and submission of various MIS.
5. Attending Audit queries.
6. Improve existing processes to enhance productivity and overall performance of the team
7. Managing various Stakeholders on the project aspects and coordination for the project completion

Role Proficiencies:

• Strong working knowledge with MS Excel
• Excellent communication & Presentation skills
• Understanding of Equity markets
• Sound Knowledge of monitoring and reporting MIS.
