AVP - Infra

JD: National Head - Infra

The role involves leading the team of Infra manager who are responsible for upkeep, repair, maintenance, identification and setting up of new offices PAN India.

The role will involve but will not be limited to:

New Infrastructure Development

1. Planning and executing new infra projects PAN India in the best negotiated cost, within the deadlines within the guidelines , without compromising on the safety and visibility.
2. Ensuring execution of lease deed and its registration with necessary approvals.
3. Ensuring collection & preparation of TKO BOQ for interiors with rate analysis.
4. Monitoring the quality of works with in specification at the branches.
5. Making sure the team is coordinating with TKO (Turn-key Operators) for building up the spaces with all necessary infrastructure works including provision of IT systems in the building space.
6. Ensuring execution of the built space to the Sales team within the guidelines.

Existing Infrastructure Management

1. Ensuring effective management of existing assets of the company.
2. Track and audit the regular compliance checks
3. Ensuring standardization of branches in terms of look, feel, visibility and safety
4. Ensuring TAT and effective solutions to issues raised by ground team
5. Auditing R&M (repairs & maintenance) of existing branches
6. Supervision of R&M work under execution.
7. Vendor empanelment and management as per the set guidelines.
8. Effective vendor management by ensuring in time query resolution, payments, 100% compliance on all regulatory guidelines
9. Cost optimization

Surrender of the Branches

1. Ensuring surrender of centers within notice period with no extra rentals paid
2. Ensuring recovery of security deposit without any legal proceedings and completing documentations as per the process
3. Ensuring retrieval & storage / disposal of assets within notice period.

This role will report into Head – FMG.
