Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with private equity firms and other financial sponsors.
2. Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and market research.
3. Develop and present client pitches, marketing materials, and transaction proposals.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (M&A, ECM).
5. Lead the deal teams overseeing execution and client delivery.
6. Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with financial sponsors.
7. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding FSG's footprint.
Skills required
10- 14 years of IB experience, with 7-10 years in FSG or related field.
Strong knowledge of financial sponsors.
Excellent analytical, deal execution, communication skills and client relationship
