Lead Analyst –

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of analysts to produce high-quality research reports on assigned companies/sectors.

2. Conduct financial modeling, forecast earnings, and estimate valuation.

3. Develop and maintain relationships with company management, investors, and other market participants.

4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments.

5. Present research findings to clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.

6. Mentor and train junior analysts to enhance their research skills.

7. Collaborate with sales and trading teams to identify business.

Requirements:

1. 8+ years of experience in equity research.

2. Strong understanding of financial markets, accounting, and finance.
