Functional Manager

Role – ALT - Business HR 

Key Responsibilities –

• Partner with business heads and HR stakeholders to understand employees’ needs and translate them into effective HR solutions.
• Drive key HR processes including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, employee engagement and workforce planning.
• Provide data-driven insights on workforce trends, efficiency, attrition, talent and other key people metrics to support business decisions.
• Support organization design, role mapping and manpower planning in alignment with business strategy.
• Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, providing guidance on employee lifecycle matters and people-related decisions.
• Drive change management and adoption of new HR processes, policies and technology solutions across the organization.
• Work closely with COEs and HR Operations to ensure seamless execution of HR programs and employee initiatives.

Required Qualifications –

• MBA from Tier 1 institute and 10+ years of experience
