Job description

Key responsibilities

• Setting up appropriate data and information structures to develop/present holistic view of business numbers
• Analyze the monthly, quarterly and longer-term trends to gain insights and suggest areas of performance improvement (Deviation analysis, cause and effect, impact assessment, key movements and trends in P&L lines for various businesses)
• Assist in evaluating proposals from Business by relying on data /analysis
• Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to support strategic business decisions.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data insights to stakeholders.
• Identifying areas of productivity and business efficiency improvement or any other relevant metrics

• Strong command over and familiarity with numbers
• Sharp analytical mind with an ability to solve problems, identify issues, analyse & infer
• Interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to interact with significant superiors
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a chaotic, fast-paced environment
• Strong Excel, Word & PowerPoint skills;
• Competence with SQL, Python, Tableau is must
