Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with NRI clients, ensuring their investment goals are understood and aligned with advisory solutions.
- To engage with and activate NTST (Not Trading / Stopped Trading) customers on ICICI Direct.
- To provide full demo of the website with research calls, while activating these non-trading and stop trader clients, advisory to keep clients active and increase revenue.
- Offer customized equity investment solutions based on risk profile, financial goals, and market trends.
- Enhance brokerage revenue from the clients.
- Provide end-to-end account servicing including KYC, portfolio reviews, transaction support, and compliance adherence.
- Stay updated on market trends, global economic developments, and regulatory changes impacting NRIs.
- Coordinate with research, operations, and compliance teams to deliver seamless service.
- To Handle customer queries and to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of direct equity and global investment strategies.
- Fluent in English Communication.
- Familiarity with FEMA, NRE/NRO accounts, tax regulations applicable to NRIs, and compliance processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client servicing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple client accounts.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools and equity platforms.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer-centric approach.
