Job Summary
The Client Support role is responsible for providing comprehensive backend support to Private Wealth Relationship Managers (RMs). This position involves client servicing, document processing, client meetings support, lead generation, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory audit requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude to support the RMs in delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Handle client queries and requests efficiently, ensuring timely resolution.
- Process client onboarding forms, KYC documentation, and investment forms accurately.
- Ensure all documents are in compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Attend client meetings (where necessary) and take notes for follow-up actions.
- Assist in generating leads through client referrals, networking events, and market research.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system for client records and relevant documentation.
- Coordinate between different internal teams (e.g., compliance, operations, risk) to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field with 2-4 years of experience.
- Previous experience in a client support or administrative role within wealth management or banking.
- Understanding of financial products, services, and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and client management systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
