Co - Head - Financial Sponsor Group

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of professionals in the Financial Sponsor Group, providing guidance and direction.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial sponsors, including private equity firms and leveraged finance investors.

3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with financial sponsors.

4. Oversee the execution of transactions, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.

5. Identify and mitigate risks associated with financial sponsor transactions.

Requirements

1.  18-20 years of Proven experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related field.

2. Strong understanding of financial markets, private equity, and leveraged finance.

3. Excellent leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and guide a team.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex financial data.
