Key Responsibilities:

Report Writing and Presentation:

1.⁠ ⁠Assist in writing and editing research reports, notes, and other publications.

2.⁠ ⁠Prepare presentation materials, charts, and graphs for client meetings.

3.⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other research tools.

Data Collection and Maintenance:

1.⁠ ⁠Gather and verify financial data from various sources (e.g., company reports, databases).

2.⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company information.

Client Support:

1.⁠ ⁠Respond to client inquiries and provide research support.

2.⁠ ⁠Participate in client meetings, conference calls, and webinars.

Team Collaboration:

1.⁠ ⁠Work closely with senior analysts, sales, and trading teams.

2.⁠ ⁠Contribute to team discussions and idea generation.

Skills and Qualifications:

1.⁠ ⁠CA or MBA

2.⁠ ⁠1-3 years of experience in equity research.

3.⁠ ⁠Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

4.⁠ ⁠Proficient in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet).

5.⁠ ⁠Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and regulatory requirements.

6.⁠ ⁠Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

7.⁠ ⁠CFA Level I/II or progress toward certification is desirable.
