Assistant Vice President

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and execute institutional syndication efforts for equity transactions.

2. Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors..

3. Conduct market analysis, investor targeting, and transaction marketing.

4. Collaborate with origination teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

5. Manage and coordinate transaction documentation, closing, and settlement.

6. Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments.

Requirements:

1. MBA in Finance or CA .

2. 7-9 years of experience in institutional syndication, investment banking, or related field.

3. Strong knowledge of institutional investors, market trends, and transaction processes.

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

6. Strong network of relationships with institutional investors and industry professionals.
