Job Description
| 1. Activation of NON traded customers who had opened the account with ICICIdirect.com but still not activated the account. |
| 2. Re-activation of STOP Traders who once trading with ICICIdirect.com but now stopped trading. |
| 3. While activation of these Non trader and Stop trader clients, providing full demo of the website with research calls, advisory to keep clients active and increase revenue. |
| 4. Cross selling other by products of Equity so that customer remain active month on month. |
| 5. Opening new accounts by taking reference from the Reactivated clients. |
| 6. Handling customer queries and ensuring complete customer satisfaction for the reactivated clients. |
