State Head - Chhattisgarh & Odisha

Key Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for developing and implementing sales & service plans of the Company, ensuring the service, growth and retention of client relationships, and managing a team of sales professionals.

• Develop and execute state/city sales & service strategies aligned with the overall business goals.
• Identify market opportunities, trends, and challenges
• Set performance goals for the state/city. 
• Identify potential clients to expand customer base
• Develop and implement strategies for client acquisition & retention.

• Interface with clients, suggest viable products and solutions, cultivate relations with them for and ensuring quality service
• Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.

• Give market level feedback to central teams to understand customer needs and market landscape.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance product offerings, service and sales approaches.

• Recruit, train, and mentor a team.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align sales and service strategies with business objectives.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
