Experience in Channel/Team management is mandatory:
Profile:
• Manage a team of Sales Managers will be responsible for acquisition of I-direct A/cs per month.
• Guide & motivate the sales managers on activities to be done to get the sales. Review their performance on a daily basis.
• Deal with Center managers of I-direct centers, Branch managers & Regional Managers of ICICI Bank, other ICICI Bank groups like salary account team& Investment services team for local promotion activities and potential cross sell opportunities for selling ICICIdirect accounts.
• Interact with HR Managers, Admin managers of various corporates to get necessary work done.
• Seek and provide permissions for help desk, activities etc to sell ICICIdirect accounts
• Track competition.
